The One Where I Look Myself In The Eye

The ultimate lie. “I will never do that again” finish it with me..”as long as I live.” Then another gathering or wedding is on your social calendar and all caution is thrown to the wind.

It’s funny how we all pride ourselves on our integrity. Keeping promises to family, customers, or business associates and without exception, we keep those promises. To ourselves, not so much.

Why is it we can’t have integrity with ourselves? In most cases, we look for others to blame. Our friends, our relatives, obligations to show our customers a good time to “build a relationship”

I am working on looking myself in the eye and realizing that only I can control my integrity with myself.
